浅谈尿素脱蜡装置生产存在的问题及改进对策

摘　　要：尿素脱蜡工艺是我国自行研究、设计建成的,随着大庆油田的逐年减产,原油性质不断发生改变以及装置老化,生产运行过程中存在很多问题亟待解决。对此,结合装置现状,提出筛选合适的原料油,降低能耗,提高产品质量和收率的目的。Urea dewaxing process is self-research and design in China. With the decreasing production of Daqing oilfield, the changing nature of crude oil and the aging of the equipmentthe nature of the crude oil is changing constantly, there are many problems to be solved in the process of production and operation. Based on the present situation of the equipment, the paper puts forward the aim of selecting suitable raw oil, reducing energy consumption and improving pro duct quality and yield.
