摘　　要：基于1989、1999、2009和2015年的遥感影像,利用GIS分析技术、等扇分析法和多元回归分析法,分析了长沙市1989年以来的城市空间扩展的动态变化过程、特征及影响因素。结果表明:①在扩展方式上,长沙市城市空间扩展总体上以"团状+星状"扩展为主,但不同时期具有不同的扩展特点;②在扩展方向上,总体经历了"东南东方向—东南方向—东南、西和东方向"空间转变过程,其城市重心转移距离为1 725.23m;③应用多元回归模型构建长沙市城市空间扩展的驱动力指标评价体系,认为其主要影响因素包括工业化的快速推进、社会经济的快速发展、交通区位条件的引导、国家的政策制度、规划调控、行政区划的调整。This study made an analysis for the process, characteristics, effects and influence factors of spatial expansion of Changsha city since 1989. The remote sensing image data were used in different periods （1989, 1999, 2009 and 2015）. The analysis indicates that, （1） The whole mode of urban spatial expansion is ＂Clumps＋star＂, and different stages have different characteristics; （2） The direction of space transformation has experienced the process of ＂ east of southeast- southeast-southeast, west and east＂, the center gravity of urban moves 1 725.23m; （3） By using multiple regressive analyses, it revealed that the main influence factors included the rapid advance of industrialization, the rapid development of social economy, the guidance of traffic, national policy system, planning regulation and administrative divisions.
