摘  要:羧甲基纤维素(CMC)是重要的环境友好的纤维素醚类衍生物,如能作为纸页增强剂,具有重要价值。研究了湿部体系pH、CMC的用量、黏度及其取代度对CMC增强纸页强度的影响,确定了合理的湿部添加工艺。研究结果表明:用不同分子量(标准条件下黏度400~600m Pa.s)、取代度0.6或0.9的CMC,在湿部pH6.5~8.5和添加量在0.12%~0.25%条件下,均能明显地增强纸页的强度。CMC是适合于中性造纸的纸页增强剂。Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) is an important environmental friendly cellulose ether derivative. It is of important value if it can be used for enhancing physical strength of paper. The influence of the dosage, viscosity, substitution degree of CMC and the pH of the wet end system on the strength of paper sheet were studied. The reasonable technical conditions of CMC application in the wet end system to increase the strength were established. The results show that the dosage of 0.12% to 0.25% of CMC with different molecular weight(viscosity 400 to 600 m Pa·s under the standard analytical conditions) and the substitution degree(0.6 or 0.9) under the wet end pH 6.5 to 8.5 can signifi cantly enhance the strength of the sheet. Therefore CMC is suitable for the sheet strengthening agent in neutral papermaking.
