摘 要:针对涂布液内添加碳酸钙分散性差问题,筛选了几种助剂。研究表明:助剂CP-4#对碳酸钙填料分散均匀,不易沉降,能够满足生产需要。另外为了改善涂布液碳酸钙的浸透性,还考察了三个因素:不同助剂添加比例,梗/叶膏浓度和涂布温度。结果表明:梗/叶膏浓度和涂布温度对涂布液内加填碳酸钙的浸透性影响较大;在涂布工艺条件下,适当提高膏体的浓度,并添加适量的助剂,可提高碳酸钙的浸透性。In view of the poor dispersion of calcium carbonate in coating process, several kinds of additives were screened out. The results show that the additive CP-4~# can be dispersed evenly, not easy to settlement, and can meet the needs of production. Also in order to improve the coating liquid calcium carbonate soak, we investigated the effects of the three factors: the different additive proportion, stem/leaf extract concentration and coating temperature. The results showed that, stem/leaf extract concentration and coating temperature of the coating liquid and filling calcium carbonate saturation greater impact; in the coating technical condition, an appropriate increase in the concentration of paste, and add the right amount of additives can improve calcium carbonate soak.
