摘　　要：通过对河北省市高校毕业生就业状况的分析,找出当前高校毕业生就业中存在的问题,并根据现存的问题提出了切实可行的对策。通过对河北高校毕业生就业选择和就业目的地进行统计分类,得出河北高校毕业生就业总量与结构性矛盾并存,且结构性矛盾为主要矛盾。因此应加强政府和高校等部门之间的联系,在高校招生、培训和就业,以及与社会的交流与合作的积极互动机制,即"培训促进就业-就业促进招生",从而实现高校和社会的可持续和谐发展。Through analyzing the employment of college the current problems graduates encounter in job market and graduates in Hebei Province, this study tries to identify provide corresponding solutions. Method： Statistical classi- fication is performed on the employment options and destinations of college graduates in Hebei. Result： The employ- ment of college graduates in Hebei has both aggregate quantity and structural contradictions, while the latter is the main contradiction. Suggestion： By strengthening the linkage between departments of enrollment, training and employ- ment in colleges, as well as the exchange and cooperation promotes employment and employment promotes enrollment with the society, a positive interaction mechanism ＂training ＇ can be formed, thus to achieve sustainable and harmo- nious development of colleges and further the win-win situation of society and colleges
