摘  要:开发了一种新型的高氮节镍型双相不锈钢,研究了固溶温度对其组织性能的影响。结果表明:经1050~1150℃固溶处理后,试验钢组织为铁素体和奥氏体,具有较好的相平衡及组织稳定性;奥氏体相纳米硬度大于铁素体相,且两相在靠近相界处的纳米硬度值要高于相内纳米硬度值。经1100℃固溶处理30 min后,该钢具有最优化的力学性能,屈服强度为546 MPa,抗拉强度为781 MPa,伸长率达到40.1%。A new duplex stainless steel( DSS) with high nitrogen and low nickel was developed,and effect of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the steel is ferrite and austenite after solution treated at the range of 1050-1150 ℃,which has good phase equilibrium and microstructure stability. Nano-hardness of austenite is higher than that of ferrite,and nano-hardness of the two phases near the phase boundary is higher than that in the phase. After solution at1100 ℃ for 30 min,the steel has the best mechanical properties with yield strength 546 MPa,ultimate tensile strength 781 MPa and tensile elongation 40. 1%.
