摘  要:研究了80WV成品钢丝低温球化退火碳化物的形成规律及退火后的组织性能。结果表明:经600℃及683℃退火后,碳化物颗粒尺寸小幅度增加,球状碳化物的均匀性和圆整度有了明显改善,相比之下,600℃退火试样的碳化物分布更加均匀;钢丝的硬度和强度显著降低,两种退火工艺所得试样的强度和硬度差别不大;细粒状碳化物的溶解、粗粒状碳化物的球化长大是一个自发的过程。Formation law of carbides in 80 WV finished steel wires,and microstructures and properties after low temperature spheroidizing were researched. The results show that the size of carbide particles increase slowly,and uniformity and roundness of spherical carbides are improved obviously after spheroidizing at 600 ℃ and 683 ℃,and the carbides distribution at 600 ℃ annealing are more uniform than that at683 ℃ annealing. The hardness and strength of the steel wires decrease significantly,and the strength and hardness of the samples which obtained from the two annealing processes are not very different. It is a spontaneous process that the dissolution of fine carbides and the nodulizing growth of coarse carbides.
