摘  要:建立了模拟感应淬火过程的物理模型并合理划区、加载相应的材料物性参数,分析了感应淬火工艺参数变化对模拟结果的影响,得到了模拟计算时相应的计算参数确定原则。感应淬火淬硬层深度的预测采用了五种预测方法进行计算预测,给出了零件感应淬火淬硬层深度预测值的相应误差,针对五种预测方法的特点,提出了零件感应淬火淬硬层深度的预测方法组合联动处理思路。Induction quenching process simulation model with several reasonably divided areas was established. After loading the corresponding material parameters,the effect of induction process parameters on the simulation results was analyzed and the principles for selecting calculation parameters of simulation were obtained. Five prediction methods were used to predict hardened layer depth of induction quenching,and the corresponding prediction errors of hardened layer depth were given. According to the characteristics of the five prediction methods,the prediction way combining with different methods of hardened layer depth of induction quenching was suggested.
