国产封堵器治疗室间隔缺损516例的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨国产封堵器治疗室间隔缺损的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析高州市人民医院2005年7月至2015年12月,在X线透视下采用经皮穿刺股动静脉法,或者食道超声心动图监测下经胸小切口行室间隔缺损封堵,共治疗516例,其中合并动脉导管未闭(PDA)22例,合并房间隔缺损(ASD)或卵圆孔未闭58例,合并肺动脉瓣狭窄(PS)12例。结果技术成功率97.5%(503/516),全组无死亡。随访1~36个月,封堵器位置固定,无移位或破损。结论国产封堵器在室间隔缺损封堵治疗中具有成功率高、创伤小、并发症低、操作简单、疗效确切、恢复快等特点,是治疗先天性心脏病的理想手段。Objectives To discuss the clinical effect of perimembranous ventricular septal defects（VSDs）occlusionby domestic made VSD occluder.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 516 patients with VSDfrom July 2005 to December 2015 in Gaozhou People′s Hospital.VSDs of these patients were occluded under X-rayfluoroscopy by percutaneous puncture femoral arteriovenous method,or under esophagus echocardiography monitoringby small incision through the chest method.Among the patients,22 cases were with patent ductus arteriosus,58 caseswere with atrial septal defect or patent foramen ovale,and 12 cases were with pulmonary stenosis.Results Technicalsuccess rate was 97.5%（503/516）with no death.Following up for 1-36 months,the closure positions fixed,no shifting ordamaging.Conclusions Domestic made VSD occluder has high technical success rate,small trauma,low complication,and is simple to operate with good curative effect and rapid recovery,so it is an ideal method for the treatment ofcongenital heart disease.
