摘 要:针对硝基苯法制备4-氨基二苯胺(RT培司)过程中生成副产物偶氮苯的情况,考察了硝基苯和苯胺在四甲基氢氧化铵催化下缩合反应中温度、真空度、苯胺与硝基苯摩尔比、四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAOH)与硝基苯摩尔比等因素对副产物偶氮苯生成的影响,结果表明:采取提高缩合反应真空度,提高苯胺与硝基苯摩尔比,提高四甲基氢氧化铵与硝基苯摩尔比等方法有利于抑制副产物偶氮苯的产生,并对副产物偶氮苯生成机理进行了探讨,进行了工业化验证和应用,降低了原料硝基苯的消耗,1 t RT培司成品减少原料硝基苯消耗1.2 kg,提高了RT培司成品的质量,RT培司成品的纯度从98.7%提高到99.1%。Aiming at the situation that by-product azobenzene is produced in preparation of 4-aminodiphenylamine (RT base) with nitrobenzene method, the effects of condensation reaction temperature, vacuum degree, molar ratio of aniline to nitrobenzene and molar ratio of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAOH) to nitrobenzene are investigated. The results show that improving the degree of condensation vacuum, molar ratio of aniline to nitrobenzene and molar ratio of TMAOH to nitrobenzene is beneficial to restrain the by- product of azobenzene, the formation mechanism of by-product azobenzene is studied and industrial validation is fulfilled. The con- sumption of nitrobenzene is reduced about 1.2 kg per ton of RT base product. The quality of RT base product is improved with the puri- ty increased from 98.7% to 99.1%.
