妇宁饮配合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药妇宁饮口服及中药外洗联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者的疗效。方法选取自2014年3月至2015年3月于大连市友谊医院妇科就诊的霉菌性阴道炎患者50例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采用硝酸咪康唑栓阴道给药的治疗方法,试验组25例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药妇宁饮及中药外洗,观察患者临床疗效。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论妇宁饮口服及中药外洗治疗霉菌性阴道炎安全有效,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology and rather drink oral medicine and external washout with nitric acid Mi Kang suppositories in the treatment of fungal vaginitis patients with curative effect. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 in Dalian Friendship hospital gynecological clinic of mould sex vaginitis patients 50 cases. The envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in the control group, treated with miconazole nitrate vaginal to drug treatments. The experimental group（25 cases）. In the control group based on the traditional Chinese medicine oral Funing drink was observed in patients with clinical efficacy. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is safe and effective for the treatment of fungal vaginitis, and it is worthy to be popularized.
