5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效观察及护理。方法选用200例中重度痤疮患者,将其随机分为治疗组(ALA-PDT治疗)和对照组(粉刺挤压术综合治疗),治疗6周后,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ALA-PDT治疗中重度痤疮效果明显,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect observation and nursing care of photodynamic therapy with 5–aminolevulinic acid（ALA-PDT） in moderately severe acne. Methods Selected 200 patients with moderately severe acne were randomly divided into treatment group（ALA PDT treatment） and control group（compression comprehensive treatment acne）. After 6 weeks treatment, two groups of clinical effect were compared. Result The efficient treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion ALA PDT-treatment acne has effect obviously, and is worth popularizing in clinical.
