摘　　要：本文介绍工业4.0的大脑"大型公用云"发明的5W过程。20年来"公共云"的IDC已成为最大能耗产业。目前提供的IDC没有智能节能功能亦非国际国家标准。前文分析了IDC节能有3部分可自动化:1)"运行环境"设备,制冷、新风、空调、给排水、UPS、配电系统与变电站是大型PA,2)机房与服务器工作状态的控制及器人巡检是FA,3)服务器CPU、GPU、模块、机箱、机柜、机房等的百万节点微环境测控是BA。这PA、FA、BA。均出自以Siemens、三菱电机ME、Rockwell为主导的各大跨国公司在IEC、ISO、ITU的WG中制定的国家标准,SAC/TC124近30年来转化与推进的GB/T标准:HBES CC-Link待转化的ECHOnet。在中国有第3方测试实验室与CNCA与IP、CLPA、ODVA双授权的认证机构,为中国国产化服务。中国IDC制造商与集成商不妨用此标准来设计高水平智能自动化安全、安防、节能的IDC。The 5W process of invention of large public cloud that is the brain of ＂industrie 4.0＂. IDC has become the largest energy consumption industry in last 20 years. Foreign companies provide IDCs, which are lack of intelligent energysaving function and not the international national stds. Three parts of IDC energysaving are： 1） The ＂environment＂ equipment such as chiller, fresh air, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, UPS, power distribution system and substation are PA, 2） The server work status and moving moniter robots are FA, 3） The million nodes of sensor and actuator of micri-operation environment on CPUs, modules, crates, racks in computing room are BA. Automation system for these are HBES, CC–Link, ECHOnet created by IEC/TC65 WGs with conveners Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric ME, Rockwell, and have been transformed to be GB/T and established the 3rd side testing labs and certification body at ITEI Beijing that is double authoritative by CNCA, Certification Accreditation Administration of the PRC, and IP, CLPA, ODVA for Chinese local IDC manufacturers and system integrators in last 30 years.
