摘　　要：六股水磷矿位于扬子准地台西部,有良好的开发利用前景但研究程度较低。研究结果表明,矿区磷矿层赋存于寒武系下统麦地坪组第二段中下部碳酸盐地层中,被区域性断层及两条次生断层切割为三个矿段。矿石主要为磷块岩,包括砂屑、砂屑凝胶及砂屑粉至细晶等结构。在早寒武世浅海海退序列次级海进旋回中,相对稳定的中—低能浅水环境下浅水搅动使磷质颗粒化,然后经盆内迁移、簸选,在不同能量的环境中再聚沉,再经历生物化学一化学聚沉一再沉积成矿,矿床成因类型为生物化学聚沉型矿床。The Liugushui phosphorite deposit in Mabian,Sichuan is confined to the carbonate rock of the Second Member of the Maidiping Formation and cut into 3 blocks by faults.The phosphorite has psammitic,psammitic-gel and psammitic-fine crystalline textures.The phosphorite deposit is a biogenic-chemical sedimentary one which was deposited in relative stable neritic environment in the secondary ingression cycle of the Early Cambrian regressive sequence.
