摘　　要：聚氨酯堵漏材料是一种快速堵漏浆液,在水工建筑和地下工程防渗堵漏以及矿井加固堵漏等方面应用广泛。由于其遇水固化反应时间短,一般需借助灌注器注射浆液,传统聚氨酯孔内灌注器不可循环注浆,现设计一种与S75配套的绳索取心聚氨酯孔内灌注器,欲实现不提钻循环注浆,以便有效解决大裂缝漏失性地层的漏失问题。Pu plugging material is a fast plugging slurry which is applied widely in hydraulic structures,underground engineering,and mine seepage plugging reinforcement.Because of the short reaction time of the water curing,a slurry injection perfusion device is usually required.The traditional polyurethane grouting hole irrigator is characterized by non-recyclable,therefore,a S75 supporting polyurethane perfusion device for rope coring holes is designed in order to effectively solve the problem of leakage loss in large crack formation.
