摘  要:针对致密砂岩气藏常规缝间距80~100 m分段压裂导致单井剩余可采储量多的问题。基于体积压裂理念,改变传统致密砂岩水平井等分段理念,将均匀布段改为针对"甜点"的加密分段,采用Y341封隔器和不限级数滑套分段新工艺,对每个射孔段针对性压裂,实现了不动管柱多段分段压裂改造;同时,通过加砂压裂工艺和施工参数优化,实施"长、宽、高"三维立体压裂,提高储层的改造程度,以达到体积压裂和提高压后天然气产量的目的。该技术在川西低孔—特低孔、超致密砂岩储层水平井GX井成功进行了不动管柱19级分段压裂试验,一次性下入压裂管柱,连续施工,创下了国内不动管柱滑套分段数最多的记录,段间距22~76 m,平均45 m,压后在油压23 MPa下测试气产量12.64×10~4 m^3/d,是地质预期的2~3倍,比采用常规分段、测井与录井显示更好的同井场邻井的压后测试产气量更高。该井生产296 d,累计产气量是邻井的2.17倍,动态储量是邻井的1.3倍。加密分段及分段压裂新工艺为低孔—特低孔、超致密气藏提高开发效果提供了重要的技术支撑。When staged fracturing with conventional fracture spacing of 80-100 m is carried out in tight sandstone gas reservoirs, me single-well remaining recoverable reserves is high. To solve this problem, the traditional equal-segmentation concept of horizontal wells in tight sandstone reservoirs was changed based on the concept of volume fracturing. The uniform segmentation is changed into the "sweet spot based" infill segmentation. The new segmentation process of Y341 packer and unlimited-stage sliding sleeve was adopted to perform targeted fracturing on each perforated interval, so that multi-segment staged fracturing stimulation was realized without moving the production string. In addition, three-dimensional (i.e., length, width and height) volume fracturing was conducted by optimizing sand fracturing technology and construction parameters. As a result, reservoir stimulation degree is increased and the purpose of volume fracturing and post-fracturing gas production improvement was realized. This technology has been successfully ap- plied to the 19-segment staged fracturing test without moving the production string of Well GX, a horizontal well in super tight sand- stone reservoirs of low-ultra low porosity in the West Sichuan Basin. The fracturing strings are run in the hole in one trip for continu- ous construction. The segment number of sliding sleeve without moving the production string is the highest at home. Segment spacing is in the range of 22-76 rn, averaging 45 m. The post-fracturing gas production rate tested at tubing pressure of 23 MPa is 12.643x 104 m3/d, which is 2-3 times the geological expectation, and it is much higher than that of its neighboring wells whose logging and mud logging are better under conventional segmentation in the same well site. This well worked for 296 d, and its cumulative gas produc- tion and dynamic reserves were 2.17 times and 1.3 times that of its neighboring wells.
