摘 要:为了有效利用天然气采输过程中被浪费的压力能,采用压力驱动发电装置将压力能转换为电能供给站场生产生活使用。选择在川东地区中国石油西南油气田公司重庆气矿晏家配气站开展现场试验,通过配气站输气管道上安装一套(K)QDF型压力驱动发电装置,并配套改造站场供配电系统,试验装置成功运行27 d,验证了压力驱动发电技术应用的可行性。试验效果分析结果表明:1压力驱动阀前后压差是决定发电能力的主要因素,装置在压差0.2~0.35 MPa区间可稳定运行,且与发电量呈正比;2压力驱动发电装置适用于压力高、产气量大的井站,且井站具有一定量的用电设备与发电量相匹配,才能使所发电量得到有效利用;3压力驱动发电技术可实现将天然气管输过程中的动能转换为电能,可用于天然气站场的生产、生活,以摆脱外供电的局面。结论认为,压力驱动发电技术发电过程操作、维护简单,不产生废水、废气等污染物,具有较高的经济与节能效益,应用前景大。In order to make full use of the pressure energy which is wasted in the process of natural gas production and transportation, it is converted into electrical energy by means of the pressure-driven power generation device for daily life and production at the sta- tions. In this paper, the Yanjia gas distribution station of Chongqing Division in East Sichuan, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company was selected as a test site. A set of (K)QDF pressure-driven power generation unit was installed on the gas transportation pipelines at the Yanjia gas distribution station, and the power supply and distribution system was reconstructed correspondingly. This test device was successfully operated for 27 days, verifying the application feasibility of pressure-driven power generation technology. The following understanding is obtained after test results are analyzed. First, the pressure difference before and after the pressure-driv- en valve is the main factor controlling the capacity of power generation. The device can run stably when the differential pressure stays in the range of 0.2-0.35 MPa, which is proportional to the amount of generated electricity. Second, the pressure-driven power gener- ation device is suitable for the well stations of high pressure and high gas output. The generated electricity cannot be used effectively unless the electrical equipment at the well station can match it. And third, by virtue of pressure-driven power generation technology, the kinetic energy in the process of natural gas pipeline transportation is converted into electric energy for daily life and production at the natural gas station, so that the dependence on external power supply is avoided. It is indicated that the pressure-driven power generation technology can be operated and maintained simply without pollutants, such as waste water and gas. It is promising in the application with higher economic and energy-saving benefits.
