地州高校转型发展中大学文化的传承

摘　　要：在教育事业不断发展的时代背景下,地州高校为寻求健康、持续发展,必须立足于学校实际情况,转变传统教学模式,结合优秀传统文化,融合现代文明和传统文化精髓,树立起牢固的文化传承意识,充分发挥高校教书育人的作用。在地州高校转型发展过程中,文化传承扮演着重要角色,高校只有不断沉淀自身文化,形成独特的学校特色,才能更好地吸引学生,扩大学校地区影响力。以云南保山学院为例,简要分析其转型发展现状和文化传承的必要性,探讨推进保山学院转型发展中大学文化传承的途径。In an era of the continuous development of education, the university must change the traditional teaching mode, integrate the fine elements of the traditional culture and modem civi- lization, establish strong cultural inheritance awareness, and give full play the role of teaching and cultivating talents based on the actual situation so as to achieve a healthy and sustainable development. In the process of transformation development, cultural heritage plays an important role, the university must constantly precipitate its own culture, form a unique university culture, then it can better attract students and expand its influence. This paper takes Baoshan University as the research subject, analyzes the status of the university＇s transformation development and the necessity of culture inheritance, and probes into the ways to promote the cultural inheritance of Baoshan University.
