摘  要:经过多年的发展与完善,镍红土矿火法冶炼镍铁合金工艺日臻成熟,技术经济指标不断提高。本文阐述了回转窑还原-电炉冶炼(RKEF)工艺和回转窑还原-选矿富集(RKMC)工艺处理镍红土矿的生产现状与发展趋势,介绍了这两个工艺的优缺点,并对镍红土矿火法冶金工艺近年来的技术进步和未来的发展趋势进行了总结和预测。After years of development and perfection,pyrometallurgical process for ferronickel alloy production with nickel laterite becomes more and more mature,and techno-economic indicators are greatly improved.This paper expounds application and development trend of nickel laterite processing by rotary kiln-electric furnace smelting process(RKEF) and rotary kiln-mineral concentration process(RKMC),advantages and disadvantages of the two main processes,and summarizes and predicts technical progress and future development trend of nickel laterite treatment with pyrometallurgical process in recent years.
