摘  要:泡沫渣在高阻抗电弧炉冶金过程中起重要作用,泡沫渣的质量可以反映电弧炉的运行状况。结合现有100t高阻抗偏心炉底电弧炉参数与实际运行情况,分析冶炼中存在的泡沫渣工艺与技术问题,提出相应的优化手段,从而满足冶金能耗与质量的要求。Foaming slag plays an important role in the metallurgical process of high-impedance arc furnace. The quality of foaming slag can reflect the operation mode of the arc furnace. Combining with the existing parameters and the actual operation of 100 t high impedance arc furnace with eccentric bottom, analyzing of the foaming slag process and technical problems during mehing, the corresponding optimization means were suggested to meet the requirements on metallurgical energy consumption and quality.
