摘　　要：概述了港口门机在线监测系统的组成,以金属结构件、钢丝绳、齿轮箱、电动机为重点分析了门机易出现故障的基本零部件,以及结构的在线监测方法与信号采集处理方案。Gave an introduction on the composition of on-line monitoring system for portal hoist and an anal- yses on the basic parts and components of the portal hoist which were prone to failure with the emphasis on the metal strueture, wire rope, gear box and motor, as well as on-line monitoring method for the structure, signal acquisition and processing scheme.
