摘 要:以脱油沥青调制的高软化点沥青为原料,水蒸气为活化剂制备柱状活性炭。考察了活化温度、沥青与黏结剂比例对柱状活性炭强度、收率、碘吸附值、比表面积和孔径分布的影响。研究表明:黏结剂含量一定时,随着活化温度的升高,活性炭强度、碘吸附值和比表面积呈先增大后减小的趋势;而当活化温度一定时,随着黏结剂含量的增加,活性炭强度、碘吸附值和比表面积也呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当活化温度800℃,黏结剂含量13%时,可以得到比表面积为1156m^2/g,总孔容为0.62cm^3/g,微孔率为60%,灰分为0.48%的活性炭。The high softening point pitch derived from modulating the deoiled asphalt was used to prepare the columnar activated carbon. The effects of activation temperature, the ratio of pitch to binder on the strength, yield, iodine adsorption value, specific surface area and pore size distribution of the column activated carbon were investigated. The results showed that the strength, iodine adsorption value and specific surface area of the activated carbon increased first and then decreased with the increasing activation temperature when the amount of the binder was fixed. When the activation temperature was constant, with the increase of the content of binder, the strength, iodine adsorption value and specific surface area of the activated carbon increased first and then decreased. The activated carbon with the specific surface area of 1156m^2/g, total pore volume of 0.62cm^3/g, microporosity of 60% and the ash content of 0.48% was synthesized at the activation temperature of 800℃ with the binder content of 13%.
