摘 要:以金露梅(Potentilla fruticosa L.)2a生盆栽扦插苗为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对其高生长量、叶片肉质化等形态指标及其叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫强度的增加,金露梅苗木高生长量、叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势;肉质化程度随胁迫时间的延长趋于平稳,随盐浓度的增加呈上升趋势;而叶绿素a,b含量的比值未呈现单一变化趋势.相关性分析表明,金露梅叶片中叶绿素含量与丙二醛含量呈负相关、与SOD活性呈正相关,说明NaCl胁迫下,叶绿素的降解与膜脂过氧化、SOD活性关系密切;叶绿素与游离脯氨酸含量呈负相关,表明游离脯氨酸含量的积累对叶绿素的降解并未起到缓解作用.综合衡量各指标可知,金露梅在NaCl浓度低于0.4%水平下,通过调节叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量的方式来抵御盐害,具有一定的耐盐能力,适宜在低盐渍化土壤中种植推广.The article studies the effect of NaCl Stress of different density on the morphological indexes,such as the height increment,the leaf succulence,etc.and the chlorophyll content by taking Potentilla fruticosa L.cutting seedlings as the material.The result shows that both the height increment of Potentilla fruticosa L.seedling and chlorophyll content are on a declining curve as the increase of Nacl Stress intension;the degree of succulence tends to be steady as the extension of salt-stress time,and rises as the addition of salinity;the a/b value of chlorophyll,however,doesn't show the tendency of single change.The correlation analysis shows that the chlorophyll content in the leaf of Potentilla fruticosa L.is negatively correlated to level of malondialdehyde,and positively associated with SOD activity.That explains that under the NaCl stress,the degradation of Potentilla fruticosa L.is closely related to the membrane lipid peroxidation and SOD activity;the chlorophyll is negatively correlated to free proline contents,which shows that the accumulation of free proline contents doesn't have alleviated effect on the degradation of chlorophyllous.Taking all indexes into account and we can see that under the level that the density of NaCl is below 0.4%,Potentilla fruticosa L.can resist salt damage and have certain salt resistance and is suitable for planting in low salinity soil by regulating the optical density of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b.
