摘　　要：目的:探究在腰椎间盘突出症治疗的过程中使用保守综合疗法治疗的临床疗效。方法:54例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用保守综合疗法治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:经过治疗患者的腰椎功能和腰椎疼痛情况均得到一定改善,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保守综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能够较好的改善患者情况,同时帮助患者得到有效恢复,值得临床借鉴。objective ： to explore the treatment on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the process of using conservative treatment the clinical curative effect of combination therapy. Methods ： 54 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse, using conservative comprehensive therapy, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results： after treatment in patients with lumbar function also have been improved and lumbar pain, before and after treatment comparison differences statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： conservative, comprehensive therapy to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can better improve the clinical situation, and help patients get effective recovery, is worthy of reference for clinical.
