摘　　要：近年来,我国司法鉴定人助理的数量逐渐增加,但令人担忧的是司法鉴定人助理的素质和能力良莠不齐,表明我国司法鉴定人助理资格审核管理还存在着较多的问题。尤其是,针对司法鉴定人助理,我国尚未构建统一的资格认证制度,在此,围绕司法鉴定人助理资格认证制度展开探讨,希望能够为该制度的构建和完善提供帮助。In recent years, the number of China＇s judicial assistant identifier increases gradually, but duo to the problems existed in the management of the qualification attestation, the quality and ability of the judicial assistant identifiers is facing questions. Most of all, as to the judicial assistant identifier, our country has not yet build a unified qualification certification system. Therefore, the article takes a probe into the qualification certification system of the judicial assistant identifier, and hope to be able to build and perfect the system.
