摘  要:对25MnV钢进行了三种不同的热轧工艺试验,检验了热轧盘条的微观组织和拉伸性能。经相同工艺拉拔的热轧盘条,在相同退火参数下进行了球化退火,分析了退火线材的金相组织、拉伸性能、硬度等方面的差异。结果表明,样品I热轧盘条存在大量贝氏体和晶粒过度细化,它们均不利于球化退火。Three different hot rolling process tests of 25MnV steel were carried out. The microstructure and tensile properties of hot rolled wire rod were tested. After drawing by the same process, the spheroidizing annealing of hot rolled wire rod was carried out under the same annealing parameters. The differences in the microstructure, tensile properties and hardness of annealed wire were analyzed. The results show that there are a lot of hot rod bainite and excessive grain refinement in I hot rolled wire rod, and they are not conducive to the spheroidiziug annealing.
