控轧控冷工艺对25MnV钢盘条组织和性能的影响

摘  要:研究了控轧控冷对锚链用钢25MnV盘条组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:降低终轧温度和提高冷却速率有助于25MnV钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和屈强比的提高。冷却速率为2.5℃/s时,随着终轧温度降低,试验钢强度上升,其主要原因是细晶强化和析出强化的共同作用;强韧性上升的原因为晶粒细化和V(C,N)相间析出粒子变细。终轧温度为820℃时,随着冷却速率提高,试验钢强度上升和强韧性下降,其主要原因是显微组织中出现异常组织马氏体岛。The effects of controlled rolling and cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties of 25MnV wire rod for anchor chain were studied. The results show that reducing the finish rolling temperature and increasing the cooling rate contribute to enhance the yield strength, tensile strength and yield ratio of 25MnV steel. When the cooling speed is 2.5 ℃/s, with the decrease of the final roiling temperature, test steel strength rises, and the main reason is the co-action of fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening. The causes of strong and toughness increasing are the grain refinement and the precipitation of fine particles between V(C, N) phases. When the finish rolling temperature is 820 ℃, with the increase of the cooling rate, the strength and toughness of the test steel decrease, and the main reason is that the abnormal microstructure of martensite island appears.
