摘  要:通过改变无模拉拔工艺参数研究了它的线径动态响应,分析了无模拉拔工艺参数对线径的敏感性。结果表明,随拉拔速度、进料速度和加热电流脉冲的变化,动态响应曲线的峰值和线径波动量呈近似线性关系,随冷热源距离脉冲变化呈非线性关系;冷热源距离的敏感度因子随脉冲变化量发生改变;拉拔速度、进料速度和加热电流的敏感度因子几乎不变。拉拔速度是无模拉拔线径控制的最主要参数。The dynamic response of the wire diameter was studied by changing the process parameters of the dieless drawing. The sensitivity of the process parameters of dieless drawing was on the wire diameter analyzed. The results show that the relationship between the peak of dynamic response curve and wire diameter fluctuation is approximate linear with the variation of the drawing speed, feeding speed and heating current pulse. It is nonlinear with the variation of pulse of the distance between the cold and heat source. The sensitivity factor of the distance between the cold and heat source changes with the variation of pulse. The sensitivity factor of the drawing speed, feeding speed and heating current is almost constant. The drawing speed is the key parameter of controlling the wire diameter of die free drawing.
