摘 要:以黄盖鲽为研究对象,应用亲鱼培育、人工干法授精等技术,采用孵化桶和筛绢网流水两种孵化方式进行人工孵化。应用轮虫、卤虫和配合饵料有机结合的方式,经过160 d的养殖,最终获得6 cm左右的幼鱼5万余尾。结果显示,孵化桶和筛绢网流水两种孵化方式的孵化率分别为36.99%、93.38%,饲养成活率分别为41.33%、82.49%。此结果为我国北方黄盖鲽人工繁育及规模化养殖提供数据支持和理论指导。In this study,Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae was studied by the techniques of breeding stocks rearing,artificial dry fertilization,and so on.Artificial incubation was conduced through hatching barrel and bolting cloth net.More than 50 thousands young fish with 6 cm body length were obtained using Rotifera,Artemia and compound feed together after 160 days feeding.The results showed that hatching rate were 36.99 and 93.38% by hatching barrel and bolting cloth net,redpectively.Meanwhile,survival rate were 41.33 and 82.49%,respectively.The research results supplied virtual and instructional meaning for the future artificial culture of Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae in northern China.
