摘 要:2014年5月、7月和9月,对汾河兰村段底栖动物进行调查,并运用生物多样性和均匀度指标对群落组成进行了分析。结果表明该河域大型底栖动物共有37种,隶属于4门4纲。其中节肢动物21种,占总数的56.76%;软体动物8种,占总数的21.62%;环节动物7种,占总数的18.92%。优势种为苏氏尾鳃蚓、摇蚊幼虫、霍甫水丝蚓、中华颤蚓和白旋螺。汾河兰村段底栖动物总密度和总生物量分别为801 Ind/m^2和592.401 g/m^2。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数表明汾河上兰村段底栖动物种类分布均匀,水质较清洁。In May, July and September 2014, a zoobenthos research in Lancun segment of Fenhe River was conducted and analyzed. During the investigation, 37 taxa were collected, belonging to 4 phylums 4 classes. Among which, 21 species were arthropods, occupying 56.76% of the total , and 7 and 8 species were of annelids and mollusks, occupying 18.92% and 21.62% of the total, respectively. The dominant species were composed primarily of Branchiura sowerbyi, Apedilum sp., Limnodrilus hoffm eisteri, Tubifex sinicus , and Cyraulus albus. The total density and biomass of zoobenthos were 801Ind.m-2 and 592.401 g.m-2. The Shannon and Pielou's index were used to evaluate the results which showed that the zoobenthos species distribution is even, and the water quality is clean in Lancun segment of Fenhe River.
