山西普通高校开展女子防身术课程的可行性研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法与统计法,对山西省普通高校开展女子防身术进行详实的研究分析,针对女子防身术的特点,在女大学生的心理和生理需求下,得出女生提高防卫技能的同时还能增强身体素质,有利于新时期女大学生身心全面发展。同时,分析了高校开设女子防身术课程的教学环境,具有很强的可操作性;反映学生对女子防身术的兴趣度和支持度,女子防身术课程走进校园的可行性。The This article researches and analyzes women＇s self-defense carried out in ordinary universities of Shanxi Province by literature, questionnaire investigation and statistics. According to the characteristics of women＇s self-defense, in the physiological and psychological needs of female college students, it draws a conclusion that female students can not only improve defense skills, but also can improve the body quality, which is advantageous to full development of body and mind for the female college students in the new period. At the same time, the article analyzes teaching environment in women＇s self-defense of the college courses, which has strong operability. It reflects students＂ interest and support in women＇s self-defense and the feasibility of women＇s self-defense courses included in the school curriculum.
