鼻内镜下微创手术治疗鼻窦炎并鼻息肉的效果及对患者嗅觉功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜微创手术对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的疗效及对嗅觉功能的影响。方法:随机选取2012年4月-2015年4月笔者所在医院收治的110例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组55例患者给予传统的开放性手术,试验组55例患者给予鼻内镜微创手术。比较两组患者的治疗有效率,以及手术前、术后1个月和术后3个月的嗅觉功能变化情况。结果:试验组总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的83.64%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后1个月和术后3个月嗅觉功能与鼻腔气道阻力均较治疗前有明显改善,并且显著优于对照组(P<0.05),术后3个月试验组与对照组的嗅觉功能评分分别为(6.80±0.99)分和(5.13±0.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,给予鼻内镜手术能显著降低患者鼻腔气道阻力,改善嗅觉功能,具有较好的疗效,可以推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery on the patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method：From April 2012 to April 2015,110 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,55 cases in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,55 cases in the experimental group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.The effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups,the olfactory function before and after the operation,1 month and 3 months after the operation were compared.Result：The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.36%,it was significantly higher than 83.64% of the control group,there was significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）;the experimental group after 1 month and 3 months after surgery,olfactory function and nasal airway resistance were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,3 months after surgery,the experimental group and the control group olfactory function scores were（6.80±0.99）points and（5.13±0.59）points,significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nasal endoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the nasal airway resistance and improve olfactory function in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,which has good therapeutic effect and can be extended to the patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.
