优质护理理念在提升高血压脑出血患者围术期综合护理质量中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究高血压脑出血患者围术期综合护理质量中采用优质护理理念的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院神经外科2014年2月-2016年2月收治的62例高血压脑出血患者,并采用抽签的方式将其分为两组,对照组患者采用常规的围术期护理干预,观察组采用优质护理理念下的围术期护理干预,并对两组患者的护理质量、家属满意度与并发症发生率进行对比。结果:观察组患者护理护理质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度96.77%,高于对照组的74.20%(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率0,低于对照组的16.13%(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者围术期综合护理质量中采用优质护理理念的临床效果显著,可提高围术期综合护理质量,安全性较好,家属满意度较高。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the perioperative period of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method：From February 2014 to February 2016,62 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the Department of neurosurgery were selected,and they were divided into two groups according the draw,the control group was taken routine perioperative nursing intervention,the observation group used the high quality nursing concept of perioperative nursing intervention,and nursing quality and family satisfaction and the complication rate in two groups were compared.Result：The quality of nursing care of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction in the observation group was 96.77%,it was higher than 74.20% of the control group（P〈0.05）;the incidence of complications was 0 in the observation group,it was lower than 16.13% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of high quality nursing in the perioperative period of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant,which can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing,the safety is better,and the family members＇ satisfaction is higher.
