摘 要:各国标准贯入试验设备锤垫质量存在差别,试验杆直径也略有不同。为了消除这种差异的影响,建立各种标贯设备试验结果的相互转换关系,为岩土设计提供可靠的标贯参数,采用国标和英标标贯设备,选取二种直径的试验杆,进行了锤击能量校正试验。测量各种质量的锤垫配置在不同直径试验杆下的实际锤击能量,计算实际锤击能量与理论锤击能量的能量比,分析不同直径试验杆下能量比随深度的变化特征。结果显示,采用直径42mm和50mm两种直径的试验杆,随着深度与钻杆直径的变化,锤击能量比的差异总体上不大。The hammer cushion mass of the SPT equipment in different countries are different, and the testing rod diameters are also slightly different. In order to eliminate the influence of these differences, selecting Chinese Standard (GB) and British Standard (BS) SPT equipments, the mutual conversion relations of all kinds of SPT results are established and the reliable SPT parameters for geotechnical design are provided. Two kinds of different diameter testing rods are selected, and the tests with hammer energy calibration are carried out. The actual hammer energy under various mass of hammer cushion with different diameter of testing rods is measured. The hammering energy ratio (actual hammer energy divided by the theory hammer energy) is calculated and the variation characteristics of ETR with different depth are analyzed. The study results show that with the changing of the depth and the rod diameter, the differences of ETR are small based on the testing rods with 42mm and 50mm diameter.
