摘　　要：目的:比较成人心脏移植患者和牙周健康者龈上菌斑中5种牙周可疑致病菌,具核梭杆菌(Fn)、中间普氏菌(Pi)、变黑普氏菌(Pn)、伴放线放线杆菌(Aa)及直肠弯曲菌(Cr)的分布,为进一步探讨牙周可疑致病菌对心脏移植患者牙周健康的影响提供理论依据。方法:32例HT患者和35例牙周健康对照者,选取16,26为受检牙位,进行牙周检查并采集龈上菌斑样本,应用以16S rRNA为基础的聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,检测龈上菌斑中5种牙周病原微生物。结果:两组Fn、Cr、Pi检出率均高于Pn和Aa检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。5种牙周可疑致病菌在两组间的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脏移植患者龈上菌斑中牙周可疑致病菌Fn,Cr,Pi的检出率较高,这些细菌的共同定植可能增加了心脏移植患者感染牙周病的风险。Objective：The purpose of the present study was to examine five periodontal pathogens in supragingival plaque of adult heart transplant recipients and periodontal healthy subjects. Methods： Supragingi- val plaque were collected from 32 patients with heart transplantation and 35 periodontal healthy subjects. The samples were collected from the labial surfaces of both maxillary first molar. Extracted DNA from plaque sam- ples was used for 16s RNA PCR analysis. Clinical assessments including debris index （DI）, calculus index, （CI）, probing depth（PD）, bleeding index （BI）, and gingival overgrowth （GO） were performed at sampling sites and recorded. Results： There was a significantly higher percentage expression of F. nucleatum, C. rectus and P. intermedia were detected compared to P. nigrescens and A. actinomycetemcomitans in both groups （P 〈 0.05）. The distribution of putative periodontal pathogens Fn, Pi, Cr, Pn, and Aa was similar in supragingival plaque in both groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The data indicated that supragingival plaque samples presented significantly higher counts of Fn, Pi and Cr in heart transplant recipients, suggesting a possible role of these pu- tative periodontal pathogens as a risk factor for the periodontal disease of heart transplant recipients.
