摘　　要：目的探讨组织多普勒成像(tissue Doppler imaging,TDI)在评价糖尿病伴高血压病患者心功能中的应用价值。方法从江门市新会区人民医院2015年6月-2016年12月收治的糖尿病患者中选取113例进行研究,并根据其是否合并高血压分为两组,A组60例血压正常,B组53例合并高血压,并于同期健康体检者中选取57例作为对照组。三组患者均接受常规二维超声和TDI技术对其心功能进行评价和比较。结果经比较,A组、B组与对照组左右心室的Ea、Aa、Ea/Aa、Sa、IVV、IVA存在显著差异,A组和B组的E/Ea和Tei存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TDI可以对糖尿病患者的心功能进行早期无创评价,能准确反映出高血压对其心功能的影响,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） in the evaluation of cardiac function in diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods 113 cases of diabetic patients in Xinhui District People＇s Hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to whether they were complicated with hypertension, group A of 60 cases with normal blood pressure, group B of 53 cases with hypertension, and 57 cases were selected as the control group in the same period from healthy subjects. Three groups were inspected with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and TDI to evaluate and compare cardiac function. Results Compared with the control group, Ea, Aa, Ea/Aa, Sa, IVV, IVA in group A and group B were different, and E/Ea, Tei between group A and group B were different, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TDI, the early noninvasive evaluation for cardiac function of diabetes patients, can accurately reflect the effect of hypertension on cardiac function, which has high value in clinical application.
