基于信息化的国家林业科技推广成果库探析

摘　　要：采用信息化设计,构建基于网络管理的国家林业科技推广成果库信息系统。根据流程式理念,采用不同用户、不同管理权限的方式构建国家林业科技推广成果库信息系统,其中包括成果信息填报、成果信息审核以及成果查询检索等模块,利用查询检索功能实现了林业科技成果的信息化管理与应用。林业科技成果与互联网的结合扩大了社会影响力,可为信息化环境下加快科技成果转化与推广示范奠定一定的实践基础。By the information design technique,the management system for extended achievements of the national forestry science and technology was constructed. The management system was designed to connect the achievement of forestry science and technology with the internet. Relying on the network controlling of streamlining process,these different accounts had the different management authorities. The management system included the writing module,the checking module and the query and retrieval for the achievements. With the query and retrieval function of the system,the information management for the achievements of forestry science and technology could be fulfilled,found to use in different areas. Combining the management system and the internet,the social influence of the forestry scientific and technological achievements were expanded,which was very important to lay the foundation for the promotion and demonstration of the achievements of the national forestry science and technology in information environment.
