摘  要:麦坝矿区小长冲河矿段矿体倾角18~44°,厚4~16 m,为缓倾斜薄至中厚矿体。岩层节理裂隙发育,结构面倾角分布复杂,顶板岩层不稳固。针对该复杂地质情况,用模糊数学优选法对不同的采矿方法进行分析比较,确定采用房柱法开采。在此基础上提出了房柱法的3种不同回采参数方案,并采用三维非线性有限单元法程序3D-σ对其模拟分析,确定了合理的回采参数方案二,并用于工业实践。矿山实际应用表明,采用回采参数优化的房柱法回采,防止了局部冒顶事故的发生,消除了采矿作业过程中的安全隐患。为同类矿床的开采提供借鉴和技术支撑。The ore body of Xiaochangchong river ore block in Maiba Mine, dip 18 - 44°, a thickness of 4 - 16meters, is gently inclined thinness to medium ore body. With the fractured rock joints, complex structure plane inclination angle distribution, unstable roof strata, the geological conditions is very complicated. For the complex geological conditions, with fuzzy optimization method for different mining method were analyzed and compared to determine the use of room - pillar mining method. On this basis three different room - pillar mining parameters schemes were proposed, and the simulation analysis in use of the 3D nonlinear finite element method program 3D -σ was carried out to determined rational mining parameters Option Ⅱ, and the industrial practice was implemented. Field application showed that using optimization of mining parameters room - pillar mining, prevented the occurrence of local caving accident, eliminated the mining operation in the process of security risks and had reference and provided technique supports for the same ore bodies.
