摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,以三乙烯四胺为改性剂合成有机高分子絮凝剂。通过实验确定絮凝剂的最佳合成条件为:环氧氯丙烷与二甲胺摩尔比为1.3:1,改性剂三乙烯四胺用量为聚合物总量的1.5%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为6.5 h。合成的絮凝剂投加量为20 mg·L^(-1)时对造纸废水的SS去除率达到95.9%,COD去除率达到75.2%;在微酸性和中性条件下,对废水的处理效果最好。Coagulation is often used in the initial treatment ofpapermaking wastewater. In this study, we use epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as raw materials, and triethylene tetramine as modifier to synthesize the organic polymer flocculant. Tne optimum conditions for the flocculant synthesis were determined as follows: the mole ratio of epichlorohydrin to dimethylamine was 1.3:1, the amount of triethylenetetramine was 1.5%, the reaction temperature was 70℃, the reaction time was 6.5 h. When the dosage of the flocculant was 20 mg·L-1, the removal rate of SS was 95.9% and 75.2% respectively, and in slightly acidic and neutral conditions, the wastewater treatment effect is the best.
