医养结合模式下双心养护对老年冠心病人群焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医养结合模式下双心养护对老年冠心病人群焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016-01—2016-05间黑龙江省社会福利院在院65岁以上既往有冠心病史的老年人65例为对照组,黑龙江省社会康复医院医养结合科在院既往有冠心病史的老年人34例为观察组。对照组采用常规养护方案,观察组实施双心养护干预,观察两组研究对象焦虑、抑郁及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组干预后SAS评分与SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SAQ各维度评分同对照组比较均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医养结合下的双心养护可有效改善老年冠心病人群的心理状况,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the anxiety,depression,and the influence of the quality of life of medical a combined mode of double heart maintenance of senile coronary heart disease people. Method Choosing 65 cases from January in 2016 to May in 2016,social welfare institutions in Heilongjiang Province in the courtyard,the elderly over the age of 65 has a history of coronary artery disease 65 cases as control group,the 34 elderly cases in the courtyard has a history of coronary artery disease as observation group. Control group using conventional maintenance scheme,maintenance intervention group to implement the double heart,observe anxiety and depression of two groups,and improve the quality of life. Results Observation group after the intervention of SAS and SDS score was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; each dimension score of observation group of patients SAQ was significantly increased compared with control group,and there was statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Medical keep under the combination of double heart maintenance can effectively improve the psychological condition of the senile coronary heart disease population,and improve the quality of life.
