小区开放对道路通行影响的相关研究

摘　　要：针对小区开放对道路通行影响的问题,使用层次分析、多目标双层次规划、遗传算法等方法,分别建立了指标体系评价模型、多目标双层规划模型等模型,并构建了不同类型的小区,综合使用了LINGO和MATLAB等软件编程,得出小区开放车流密度、道路饱和度等指标对道路通行产生的影响,并且不同类型的小区开放后对周边道路通行的影响效果不同,由此向城市规划和交通管理部门提出相关建议。For the district open to traffic impact problem, using AHP and multi objective bi level programming, genetic algorithms and other methods, the index system and evaluation model of Multiobjective bilevel programming models were established, and the construction of the different types of cell, the integrated use of LINGO and MATLAB software, we can get the cell opening traffic density road traffic, saturation and other indicators have an impact on the road, different effects and different types of small opening on the surrounding road traffic, thus puts forward relevant suggestions to city planning and traffic management department.
