摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定行连续性肾脏替代治疗重症医学科患者超滤液中莫西沙星的含量,反映滤器对莫西沙星的清除情况,为其给药剂量调整提供可靠依据。方法选用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(40∶60),设置流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为293 nm;柱温25℃;进样量10μL;运行时间6 min。结果莫西沙星在2.000~60.00μg/m L范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.74%(n=9),RSD为0.76%。结论本方法简单、快速,结果准确,重复性好,适用于行连续性肾脏替代治疗超滤液中莫西沙星的含量测定,能够反映滤器对莫西沙星的清除情况。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of moxifloxacin in continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT） ultra-filtrate liquid of patients in intensive care unit,to reflex the clearance of the filter and to provide a basis for its dosage adjustment.Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_（18）（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm） column was chosen for analysis.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water（40：60）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the detection wavelength set at 293nm;the temperature was set at 25℃;the injection volume was 10μL;the running time was 6 min.Results A good linear correlation of moxifloxacin was observed within the range of 2.000 ~60.00μg/mL（r =0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.74%（n=9）,RSD was 0.76%.Conclusion The method is rapid,convenient,accurate,robust and suitable for determination of moxifloxacin concentration in ultra-filtrate liquid of continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT）.It can be used to reflex its clearance by filter.
