服务业对制造业出口支撑能力的国际比较：生产诱发系数评价视角

摘　　要：基于生产诱发系数视角,探讨中国服务业对制造业出口支撑能力与发达国家的差距。主要运用1995~2011年间世界投入产出表进行测算,结果显示:中国服务业对制造业出口的支撑能力小于发达国家。为分析中国服务业对制造业出口支撑能力弱的深层次原因,进而测算了主要发达国家与中国的服务业占制造业中间投入比重。测算结果显示,中国服务业发展物质投入比重偏高,不利于优化制造业出口。根据理论机制分析,服务业是制造业发展"开路先锋"和"后勤保障",因此优先发展服务业是提高中国服务业对制造业出口支撑能力的内在要求和必然趋势。This article,from the perspective of produce solicitation coefficient,explored the support capability of China＇s service industry for manufacturing exports and its gap between the developed countries.The article calculated it by using the input-output table of the world from 1995to 2011,and the results showed that：the support capability of China＇s service industry ability for manufacturing exports is weaker than developed countries.To analyze the deeper causes of this problem,the article further measured the intermediate input proportions of the service sector in the manufacturing in both China and the developed countries.The results indicate that the material investment of China＇s service industry seems too.For the analysis of the reason why China＇s service industry ability to support manufacturing exports is lower,then calculate the main developed countries and China＇s manufacturing intermediate input proportion of service industry.Calculated result shows that：China＇s service industry development of high proportion of material input,is not conducive to optimize manufacturing exports.According to theoretical analysis,the service is＂pioneer＂and＂guarantee＂of the manufacturing industry development,so the priority to the development of service industry is the internal requirement and inevitable trend to improve the ability to support China＇s service industry to manufacturing export.
