引江济汉工程渠道4标段文明施工考核与评价

摘　　要：基于引江济汉工程渠道4标段在文明施工管理和考核中的实际情况,采用层次分析方法,建立了水利施工企业文明施工评价指标体系和评价指标,分析了综合管理、施工场地布置及管理、生活区布置及管理、环境保护等敏感指标,并对其进行评价。结论为:文明施工控制与管理综合评价值G=0.92,评价为A级(优良),基本符合实际情况。In accordance to the actual situations of civilized construction and management and assessment of canal sector 4 of Water Transfer Project from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River for the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,evaluation index system and evaluation threshold for civilized construction of water conservancy construction enterprises are established by using AHP.The comprehensive management,the planning and management of construction site and living area,the environmental protection and other sensitive index are analyzed and evaluated.The results indicate that comprehensive evaluation value of civilized construction control and management is 0.92,evaluated as grade A（excellent）,which conforms to the reality.
