摘 要:为了研究复合菌微生态制剂对青年蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取38周龄体况良好、产蛋率接近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡14 400只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复1 440只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+0.05%复合菌微生态制剂(500 g/t)。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:复合菌微生态制剂对青年蛋鸡采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),可显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.05),提高蛋鸡平均蛋重,降低蛋鸡不合格蛋率,但差异不显著(P>0.05);能提高蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色,但差异不显著(P>0.05),对蛋壳厚度无显著影响(P>0.05),能显著增加蛋白高度和哈氏单位(P<0.05)。说明添加0.05%复合菌微生态制剂可以提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善鸡蛋品质,从而提高经济效益。To study the effects of complex bacterial probiotics on the performance and egg quality of young laying hens,14 400 healthy Hy-Line brown laying hens at 38 weeks of age in good condition and with similar laying rate were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates of1440 hens each,including the control group and experimental group. The control group was fed basal diet,and the experimental group was fed basal diet added with 0. 05% complex bacterial probiotics( 500 g/t). The pre-test period and test period lasted for 7 d and 28 d,respectively. The results showed that complex bacterial probiotics had no significant effect( P > 0. 05) on the feed intake of young hens,but could significantly improve( P < 0. 05) the laying rate of laying hens. Complex bacterial probiotics could increase the average egg weight of laying hens and reduce the failure rate of eggs,but the difference was not significant( P > 0. 05). Complex bacterial probiotics could improve the strength of the eggshell and the egg yolk color,but the difference was not significant( P > 0. 05). Complex bacterial probiotics had no significant effect( P >0. 05) on the eggshell thickness,but could significantly increase( P < 0. 05) the protein height and Haugh unit. The results indicate that adding0. 05% complex bacterial probiotics can improve the productive performance and egg quality of laying hens,thus improving the economic benefits.
