摘 要:为了研究野豌豆全草75%乙醇提取物的总黄酮、总多糖含量及体外化学抗氧化活性,试验采用氯化铝-醋酸钠(Al Cl3-Na Ac)体系和硫酸-苯酚方法测定提取物中的总黄酮、总多糖含量;还采用化学模拟体系测定其清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力以及总还原能力,探讨野豌豆提取物的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:75%乙醇提取物的总黄酮、总多糖含量分别为3.69%和0.95%;其提取物清除DPPH·的能力与总还原能力较好,清除O2-·的能力(IC50=0.571 g/L)明显高于维生素C的清除活力(IC50=2.910 g/L)。说明野豌豆的75%乙醇提取物具有良好的体外抗氧化活性。To study the contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides and in vitro chemical antioxidant activity of 75% ethanol extracts from Vicia sepium Linn. , aluminum chloride - sodium acetate ( A1C13 - NaAc ) system and phenol - sulfuric acid method were used to deter- mined the contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in the extracts. Furthermore, a chemical simulation system was used to determine the scavenging capacity of the extracts for the free - radicals of 1,1 - Diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2 - Diphenyl - 1 - ( 2,4,6 - trini- trophenyl) hydrazyl (DPPH) and superoxide anion and the total reducing capacity so as to investigate the in vitro antioxidant activity of the ex- tracts from Vicia sepium Linn. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides of the 75% ethanol extracts were 3.69% and 0.95%, respectively. The extracts showed better capacity of scavenging the free radical of DPPH and better total reducing capaci- ty. However, the capacity of the extracts scavenging the free radical of superoxide anion (IC50 = 0. 571 0 g/L) was significantly higher than that of vitamin C ( IC50 = 2. 910 g/L). The results indicate that the 75% ethanol extracts from Vicia sepium Linn. has good in vitro antioxidant activity.
