摘　　要：高校管理制度的规范运行对学生遵循制度行为的影响是巨大的。高校应以加强高校法治文化建设为主旨,通过定性及定量调研分析,形成一套高校社团组织制度文化,从而对大学生"遵循制度"行为方式的影响。目前,高校社团组织制度文化建设仍然存在许多亟待解决的问题。这就需要高校教育工作者必须提出基于大学生"遵循制度"行为的高校社团组织制度文化优化对策,引导学生社团的全面协调可持续发展,实现对学生社团的科学、规范、有效管理,并有利于大学生的全面发展。Since the huge influence of college management system on students＇ discipline, college should take the law construction as a keynote and form an organized culture system at college community to influence students＇ discipline by qualitative and quantitative analysis. At present, there are pressing problems on culture construction. College educators should put forward the optimistic countermeasures to the construction based on students＇ discipline in order to guide comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development, realize the scientific, standard and effective management of student＇s communities and push student＇s overall growth.
