摘 要:目的探讨骨折愈合时间在不同评估方法中的研究现状及其在法医学中的应用价值。方法参阅国内外发表的相关文献,综述近年来国内外关于骨折愈合时间的研究进展,探讨其在法医学中的意义。结果骨折愈合时间的评估方法包括影像学片观察法、振动分析法、骨密度定量检测法、分子生物学检测法等,运用可量化的方法推断骨折具体形成时间成为近年来研究骨折愈合时间的热点。在法医学鉴定中,骨折愈合时间的研究有助于明确骨折与外伤的关联性,并为法医鉴定标准的完善提供技术支持。结论骨折愈合时间的研究具有重要的法医学应用价值,同时有待更深一步的探索。Objective To study the current situation of fracture healing time and its application value in forensic medicine. Methods Related literatures were searched,and the research progress of fracture healing time in recent years was reviewed and the significance of forensic medicine was discussed. Results The evaluation methods of fracture healing time included the imaging observation method,the vibration analysis method,the bone mineral density quantitative detection method,the molecular biological detection method and so on. Using the quantitative methods to infer fracture processes had become a hot spot in recent years. In the forensic identification,the study of fracture healing time was helpful to clarify the relationship between fracture and trauma,and provide technical support for the improvement of forensic identification standards. Conclusion The study of fracture healing time has important value in forensic medicine,but it still needs to be further studied.
