摘  要:通过XRD和扫描电镜对不同冷却方式(水淬、随炉冷)均匀化处理的Mg-6Gd-3Y-1Zn-0.5Zr镁合金的显微组织进行观察,并通过质量损失试验和电化学试验研究水淬及随炉冷样品在质量分数为5%Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀性能。结果表明:水淬样品主要由α-Mg固溶体和晶界上的块状长周期结构(LPSO)组成,而随炉冷样品除α-Mg固溶体和晶界上的块状LPSO外,晶内还分布着大量的片层状LPSO;晶内片层状的LPSO增加阴极相的数量,加速镁基体的腐蚀,故随炉冷样品在5%Na Cl水溶液中的质量损失速度大于水淬样品。The microstructure of Mg-6Gd-3Y-1Zn-0.5Zr alloys treated by different cooling methods(water quenching and furnace cooling) was observed by XRD and SEM,and the corrosion property was investigated by weight loss experiment and electrochemical experiment. The results indicate that the microstructure of water quenched samples consists of α-Mg and blocklike long period stacking ordered structure(LPSO)on grain boundary. The samples with furnace cooling contain lamellar LPSO in grain besides α-Mg and block-like LPSO. The lamellar LPSO in crease the quantity of cathodes,accelerate the corrosion of Mg matrix,so the weight loss rate in 5%(mass fraction)Na Cl aqueous solution of samples with furnace cooling is higher than that with water quenching.
