摘  要:以ZM6镁合金薄壁铸件为研究对象,通过OM、SEM观察和显微硬度以及拉伸性能测试等分析测试手段,研究焊接电流对焊接接头质量的影响规律。研究发现:随着焊接电流的增大,焊缝区的晶粒尺寸减小,显微硬度增大;而焊接接头的抗拉强度随电流的增加呈先缓慢增加后减小的变化趋势;随焊接电流的增大,焊接裂纹的敏感性也随之增加。The welded joint of the thin-walled castings with ZM6 magnesium alloys was prepared by TIG method. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint were characterized by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),micro-hardness test and tensile testing method. The experimental results show that grain size of weld zone decreases with increasing welding current,but the micro-hardness increases,and the tensile strength of welded joints increases slowly and then decreases. And with the increase of welding current,welding crack sensitivity also increases.
